Tonight Russia shelled all over Ukraine, the city of Uman is under attack, residential buildings were bombed and collapsed, and there are reports of many dead and injured and the rescue forces are still trying to locate those trapped under the rubble,
There are thousands of Jews who still live here and the situation here is getting worse by the minute. We want to help with all our energy to rescue all the Jews and Israelis who are here and move them to a safe place in coordination with the rescue organizations despite the danger and the difficult conditions.
At the same time, we receive requests from all over Ukraine for medical aid, emergency equipment, food and places of refuge for those who have not yet succeeded or cannot leave the country! The costs are very high and requests for assistance are only increasing!
Almost all the families who are here despite the war and the difficult conditions have done so until today without any choice because of a difficult financial situation and because they have nowhere to go, almost all of them have small children who are with them in this danger!
The Avior organization that helps Jews victims of terrorism and war was prepared for the mission of rescuing and helping Jews in Uman and all over Ukraine.
The costs of rescuing each family and the cost of an alternative place of residence and their absorption in a neighboring country or in Israel cost a fortune and only because of a lack of money they continue to stay in a place of danger and we must not allow that.
