In Israel, there are thousands of young widows and orphans as a result of terrorist activities. Unfortunately, since the seventh massacre in October and the beginning of the Iron Sword War in Gaza, their numbers have only continued to grow. These dear people have sacrificed their loved ones above all, and now they are left alone. Widows, orphans, shattered parents and siblings, broken and emotionally shattered, they bear their suffering alone due to the strain on Israel's welfare systems. They struggle alone with trauma and lack of resources, and without our support, they collapse entirely.
For over two decades, the Avior Organization has been providing economic and emotional support to families affected by terrorism throughout the year, especially towards the holidays. Now, as we approach the days of Passover, we seek to assist, thanks to you, even the widows and orphans who, unfortunately, were added in the recent conflict. We offer them assistance with a big embrace full of love and support to give them hope and help them return to life.
We invite you to partner with us in this great mitzvah and help the widows and orphans whose beloved soldiers fell in the harsh battles of the Gaza War. They, who gave everything for us, now need us to support the grieving families they left behind.
Thanks to your donation, they will receive a dignified food basket worth hundreds of dollars, candy kits, gifts, and toys for teenagers and children, as well as shopping vouchers worth thousands of shekels for food and clothing purchases for Passover for each family.
We cannot celebrate Pesach with joy and smiles while our loved ones are in darkness and pain alone! We must do everything we can to give them the light of joy and hope for better lives!
